Santa and his helpers
The annual OAN Clackamas Chapter Christmas party would not be complete without a visit from Santa Claus, Nursery Man and Lois Lawn (Harley and Lynn Higgins, owners of Oregon Nursery Sales Inc.). In addition to each child receiving a toy from Santa and his helpers, attendees to the event at Willamette Valley Country Club in Canby brought toys for the House of Zion, a charitable organization that helps farmworkers. Mysteriously, Jerry Simnitt of Simnitt Nursery was nowhere to be seen when Ol’ St. Nick made his appearance.
